General

  • Yes, non-cycling guests are welcome to join a cycling guest on our tours. Because our guides focus on accompanying cycling guests and the logistics surrounding the daily riding, we do not provide a daily itinerary for non-cycling guests. For that same reason, we charge less for non-riding guests.

Meals, drinks, massages, and non-cycling activities with the group are included in this cost.

    • Accommodations

    • Meals (6 breakfasts, lunched and dinners)

    • Guided and supported rides

    • Bike maintenance and washing

    • Activity beyond the bike (changes each tour)

    • Ride nutrition

    • Airport transfers on arrival day and departure day

    • Kit – bibs and jersey

    • Daily kit laundering

    • Massages

    • Planned mid-ride coffee stops

    • Wine and other alcoholic beverages with dinner

Check out the details of each of these items listed above on our Tour Details page.

  • We incorporate a unique off-the bike activity that allows us to experience Costa Blanca beyond two wheels. Whether a local flamenco concert, private cooking class, or vineyard tour and curated wine tasting, this activity is included. Please note, this activity changes with each tour.

Additionally, we will have at least one evening out for dinner with incorporated free time to shop, sightsee, and enjoy!

Depending on weather, we will include an afternoon spent at the beach.

  • Due to insurance policies, guests must be 18+ years old at the start of the tour.

  • We cap our trips at 12 guests to ensure you never feel like just a number.

  • We want everyone to enjoy the local flavors! Our chefs welcome the opportunity to accommodate guests with varying dietary needs, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and specific food allergies (such as nuts or shellfish).

You will submit your dietary restrictions as part of the Rider Profile questionnaire that you will receive within 72 hours of booking.

  • While greatly appreciated, tipping guides is not expected. On the final night of the tour a guide will provide instructions for how to leave a tip should you feel inclined to do so. Anywhere from 10-15% is considered standard.

Please note that all tips are split evenly between guides to honor the team effort to make the seamlessness of the tour possible.

Booking

  • The $500 deposit is due at the time of booking to reserve your spot on the tour. The remaining balance will be collected in the following ways:

    • 8 months before tour start date: $3,000 installment is due.

    • 4 months before tour start date: Remaining balance of full tour costs plus add ons is due.

Please note, if booking less than 4 months before tour start date: Full tour cost amount is due at booking.

Read our full Payment and Cancellation Policy here.

  • All our tour prices are listed per person, based on double occupancy. This means the rate is calculated assuming two travelers will share one room (featuring either two separate twin beds or one large bed for couples, depending on your preference and availability). If you are traveling with a companion, you will each pay the listed per-person price.

  • We offer a Private Room Upgrade (Single Supplement)

We love solo travelers! However, because hotel room costs are fixed regardless of whether one or two people stay in them, a Single Supplement fee applies if you wish to have a private room all to yourself.

By selecting the Private Room Upgrade during checkout, you ensure:

    • A guaranteed private room at every hotel/lodging throughout the tour.

    • No need to share your private, sleeping space with a stranger.

    • The comfort of your own en-suite bathroom

Note: If you are a solo traveler willing to share a room with another traveler of the same gender to save on costs, please select “Solo Traveler - Double Occupancy”

  • Tour costs are listed in USD.

Riding

  • We want riders of all abilities to enjoy our tours!

The sample itinerary is designed for Levels 3 and 4, given the terrain and mileage. However, here is how we help Levels 1 and 2 enjoy the experience just as much:

    • We have built-in short cuts on longer days that allow us to split into two different groups, both accompanied by a guide.

    • All guests will have adequate time to refuel at our support stops and prepare for the next leg of the route.

    • We offer "boosts" in the support vehicle to help guests over climbs, or down descents they feel is outside of their comfort level.

    • We offer E-Bikes through our bike rental partner to close the gap between rider abilities, and lengthen the amount of time our guests ride together.

    • All routes—shortcuts included—will be covered in the daily team meeting.

Check out the Riding Levels section on the Tour Details page to know how we gauge Levels 1 through 4.

    • 2 pairs of full kit

    • Shoes

    • Head unit (we have plenty of mounts for Garmin and Wahoo)

    • Helmet

    • Chamois cream

If you’re renting a bike from us don’t forget these items in addition to the ones above:

    • Saddle

    • Pedals: Rental bikes do not come with pedals. Plus, it’s important that clipping in feels familiar for safety reasons—whether that’s Look, Shimano, Speedplay, etc

  • Yes, you can absolutely bring your own bike, which will receive the same attention to detail as our rentals; mechanical support out on the road, daily bike cleaning, and will be professionally built and packed. Traveling with your own bike guarantees your home fit and feel.

  • We partner with various nutrition brands to accommodate a wide variety of guests’ different tastes, fueling requirements, and dietary restrictions. Additionally, we provide fruit and whole foods (PB&J’s, rice cakes, granola bars) for some variety from the gels, chews, etc.

  • Mechanicals happen, and we have you covered during the trip. We have a parts library that we can pull from to address the issue and get your bike rolling again. In the event that your bike is deemed unfixable whilst on our trip, you can hop onto one of our spare bikes.

  • All 6 rides are guided. Our lead and sweep guides are equipped to handle roadside repairs.

For all rides apart from the Day 1 Shakeout Spin and the midweek Recovery Coffee Spin (because these are <2 hours), we will have a support vehicle available with nutrition, hydration, and even a spare bike should you have a major mechanical.

The spare bike is a generic size that will help cyclists finish the day. Should the bike you were originally on be beyond repair, we’ll make additional adjustments or work with our rental partner to get you on a bike that is comfortable.

  • Your rental will be fitted according to the measurements given in our bike fit form, communicated after the rental add-on. We understand the importance of bike fit, so please don’t be shy with any additional details in this form.
