Tour Payment Policy

Reserving Your Tour

  • A $500 deposit plus service charges is due at the time of booking to reserve your spot.

Tour Payments

  • 8 months before tour departure date: $2,000 installment is due.

  • 4 months before tour departure date: Remaining balance of full tour costs plus add ons is due.

  • Less than 4 months before tour departure date: Full tour cost amount is due when booking.

Cancellation Policy

If your plans change, please let us know as soon as possible. While we aim to be flexible, our policy ensures we can cover pre-paid costs like staffing and third-party bookings that are finalized before departure.

  • Deposits: $500 deposits are non-refundable and ineligible for credit.

  • 6+ Months Notice: Full tour credit (minus deposit) for future tours.

  • 3–6 Months Notice: 50% tour credit (minus deposit) for future tours.

  • Under 3 Months: No credits available.

  • Credit Policies: Applied to new balances only (not deposits). One-time use only.

  • Expiration: Credits expire 2 years after your initial travel date.
